Shipping & Returns
All Studio Bruijnvis jewelery is made by hand. This means that I will start the craft process after your order is completed. This process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. If the piece of jewelery is urgently needed, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and I will let you know whether the desired delivery date is feasible.
Studio Bruijnvis offers shipping within the Netherlands via DPD or PostNL. To guarantee a safe delivery I always use shipping with signature on delivery. I charge € 6.75 for this. If you want to use an international shipment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so that you can track the package. Make sure someone is home to receive the package.
Enter a current home and work address. Studio Bruijnvis cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided. If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the item is returned to us, you will have to pay shipping costs again. If you have any questions about our shipping options, please contact email@example.com.
Custom made items are non-returnable and sales are final once the work has been accepted.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Bruijnvis item, your purchase can be returned within 14 days. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund is only possible if the product has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, shipping and return costs cannot be refunded. In case of a return shipment, only the item costs can be refunded.
Manufacturing defects of the jewelry will be repaired free of charge within 6 months from the date of purchase. Items returned after this period will incur costs.
