All jewelry from Studio bruijnvis is made by hand. This means that I will start the craft process after your order is completed. This process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so that you can track the package.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Bruijnvis item, your purchase can be returned within 14 days. Please contact marjolein@studiobruijnvis.nl.

The refund is only possible if the product has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging.
